About the role

• We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to connect with beauty salons and service professionals, drive onboarding, and support supply growth across locations.
• Candidates with prior experience in the beauty and salon industry, particularly those who have worked with beauty salon brands, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to beauty salons and beauty service professionals to drive onboarding and engagement.
• Explain the platform's offerings, benefits, and onboarding process to potential partners.
• Follow up with leads and convert interested prospects into active partners.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and onboarding status in the tracker/CRM.
• Coordinate with city operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, conversion, and onboarding targets.Gather feedback from salon partners and share relevant insights with the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or business development.
• Experience working with beauty salons, salon chains, or beauty service brands will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with business owners and build relationships over calls.
• Good follow-up, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Comfortable working with basic spreadsheets and CRM tools.
• Target-oriented approach with the ability to manage high-volume calling.

Preferred Candidate Profile
