Job summary

Hair Originals is a premium hair extensions brand seeking female Sales Development Representatives for on-site roles in Gurugram, Haryana. You will engage with potential customers, understand needs, and guide them through our hair solutions portfolio, including wigs and extensions.

The role emphasizes high call volumes, strong conversion focus, and reporting to the manager. On-site employment with day-to-day responsibilities in a dynamic sales environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales / B2C Sales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on conversion.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Experience in beauty, salon, fashion, lifestyle or D2C sales will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
• Connect with leads generated through website, social media, campaigns and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable wigs, hair extensions, toppers, patches and other hair solutions.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers and services clearly to customers.
• Follow up consistently with interested and potential customers to drive conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer details, call records and follow-up trackers.
• Handle customer queries and provide a smooth pre-sales experience.
• Generate repeat business and referrals from existing customers.
• Coordinate with the store/operations team for appointments, trials and order fulfilment.
• Share daily sales and calling reports with the reporting manager.
