The Jewelry Co is seeking a confident Tele Sales Executive to support the US sales team from Mumbai. You will handle outbound calls, generate qualified leads, and set appointments for BDE/BDM teams. Strong English communication and basic MS Office/CRM skills are required.

Freshers are welcome. Night shift timings align with US hours, and revenue targets will be supported through proactive customer engagement and meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Tele calling, Customer Support, or Lead Generation (Freshers welcome).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills mandatory.
• Willingness to work in US Night Shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market.
• Introduce the company's products and services professionally.
• Generate qualified leads and identify customer requirements.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the BDE/BDM team.
• Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups and successful deal closures.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
• Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Tele calling, Customer Support, or Lead Generation (Freshers are welcome).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
• Confident telephone etiquette and persuasive communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/CRM.
• Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
• Experience in B2B sales or the Jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
