Requirements

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory.
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries confidently over phone.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM will be an advantage.
• Prior telesales experience preferred, but freshers with good communication skills may apply.
