Job summary

Everest Fleet is looking for a proactive driver communications executive in India to manage outbound and inbound calls from drivers, understand their needs, and maintain professional contact.

You will explain vehicle/service models, pricing and terms, resolve basic queries, and support onboarding with documentation and verification. Daily CRM/Excel updates and diligent follow-ups drive conversions and accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Driver Calling & Communication: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing drivers and handle incoming calls from drivers.
• Explain the companys vehicle/service model, plans, pricing, policies, eligibility criteria and terms & conditions.
• Driver Conversion & Onboarding Support: Follow up with interested drivers and encourage them to proceed with the onboarding process.
• Coordinate with the relevant teams for documentation, verification and joining.
• Lead Follow-up & Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all driver interactions, follow-ups and outcomes.

• Service & Plan Explanation
• Explain the companys vehicle/service model, plans, pricing, policies, eligibility criteria and terms & conditions.
• Clearly communicate benefits, requirements, documentation and applicable charges.
• Resolve basic queries and provide accurate information to drivers.
• Driver Conversion & Onboarding Support
• Follow up with interested drivers and encourage them to proceed with the onboarding process.
• Coordinate with the relevant teams for documentation, verification and joining.
• Ensure interested leads are followed up until conversion or closure.
• Lead Follow-up & Database Management
• Maintain accurate records of all driver interactions, follow-ups and outcomes.
• Categorize leads based on interest level and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Update CRM/Excel/system records on a daily basis.
