Job summary

H3 Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a Tele-Sales Executive to make outbound calls, collect customer feedback, and generate high-quality leads. Kannada is mandatory and basic computer skills are required.

Shifts start at 8 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM, or 11 AM. The role includes handling incoming calls, recording call details, and building strong relationships with prospects while adhering to information security guidelines.

Qualifications

Job Title : Tele-Sales Executive

Work Details

• Shift: Rotational shifts starting at 8 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM, or 11 AM.
• Experience-0-3
• Weekly Off: Rotational week off.
• Working Days: 6 days a week.
• Languages Required:
• Kannada and English: Kannada is mandatory.
• Work Location: Novel Tech Park, Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru.
• Location Change: The office is expected to relocate to Electronic City in the next 4-5 months.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Making Outbound Calls and take the feedback of the customers about our services.
2. Understanding the Interested and Non- Interested Customers.
3. Generate high quality leads as defined by the sales protocols.
4. Attending incoming calls and understanding clients concerns with complete patience and enthusiasm.
5. Maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
7. Responsible for adhering to information security guidelines.

Requirements and skills

1. PUC-qualified (10+2) candidatesor Graduation or Equivalent.
2. Priorly experience Working as a Tele Sales Executive or in a Similar role.
3. Knowledgeable with Computers.
4. Having exposure to cultural norms and diverse Viewpoints
5. Ability to change the communication style on unusual events.
6. Excellent Interpersonal, research and record-keeping skills.
7. Experience in healthcare
