Job summary

Policy Boss / Landmark Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking MBA/PGDM graduates for a Relationship Manager Insurance role in the Motor Insurance channel.

The position offers sales, business development and channel management career progression within a dynamic agency network. You will recruit and onboard insurance advisors, build strong relationships with partners, drive monthly sales targets, conduct market visits and support advisors with product knowledge and processes.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Finance or related specialization.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in sales or business development are considered.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors and channel partners.
• Drive Motor Insurance business and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Activate and improve advisor productivity.
