Job summary

Sprs Solutions in India is seeking energetic Relationship Managers to join our Field Sales team for Insurance Sales. You will meet customers, assess their insurance needs, and recommend suitable products while driving sales at client locations.

This field-based role covers Bangalore, Chennai and Trichy, with travel typically 50–100 km per day, and daily target of three meetings. You will build relationships, meet client needs, and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree is acceptable.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Comfortable with field travel.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and GPS navigation.

About the Role
