Mehta Realty in Goregaon/Malad is seeking a Tele caller/Presales Executive to handle phone communication, lead generation, and site visit coordination for property developers and brokerages.

Candidates with 2-3 years in real estate or freshers with strong communication may apply; fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati is preferred; graduation is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass; graduation degree preferred by some developers.
• 2-3 years in real estate presales or related experience preferred; open to freshers with good communication skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati.

Responsabilités

• Outbound & inbound calling to prospective buyers and inquiries about projects.
• Lead generation & qualification based on budget and location.
• Site visit coordination and inviting clients for site tours with sales team.
• CRM logging of call outcomes, updating profiles, and following up.
• Regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and sharing brochures/pricing sheets.

As a Tele caller/ Presales Executive to handles phone communication, lead generation, and site visit coordination for property developers and brokerages.

Job Description (JD) Overview

• Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make cold and warm calls to prospective buyers from database leads, and handle incoming inquiries regarding ongoing residential or commercial projects.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Understand customer budgets, preferred micro locations (e.g., Malad-Goregaon, Thane), and property requirements.
• Site Visit Coordination: Pitch project USPs, invite interested clients for site visits, and coordinate meetings with the sales closing team.
• CRM Management: Log daily call outcomes, update customer profiles, and track follow-ups regularly in the company CRM software.
• Follow-Ups: Nurture existing leads through periodic calls, WhatsApp updates, and sharing brochures or pricing sheets.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass; a graduation degree (B. Com, BMS, BA) is preferred by some developers.
• Experience: Open to freshers with good communication skills, though 1 to 2+ years of prior experience in real estate presales, BPO, or telesales is a strong advantage.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi, Gujrati languages.
• Key Skills: Good convincing/negotiation power, active listening, target-oriented mindset, and basic computer knowledge.
