You will maintain call records in the CRM/Google Sheets, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate with the sales team for property visits. The role targets daily and weekly call and conversion goals while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and clear telephone manner.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections.
• Basic computer skills, including using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Good time management and organization for high call volumes.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service or inside sales, preferably real estate.
• Willing to work on-site in Gurgaon in a target-driven environment.
• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree is an advantage.

Role Description The Tele Caller at Instayards is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. The role involves making outbound and handling inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introducing Instayards services, and understanding their requirements for residential or commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include calling potential clients, maintaining call records, updating lead information in the system/google sheets, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with the sales team for property visits or further discussions. The Tele Caller will handle basic queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a professional and courteous experience for all callers. This role also requires meeting daily and weekly call and conversion targets while adhering to company communication standards.

This is a full time on site role based in Gurgaon.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, confident telephone manner.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
• Basic computer proficiency, including using CRM tools or spreadsheets to manage leads and call logs.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes and follow-up schedules.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
• Comfort working in an on-site, target-driven environment and collaborating with sales and operations teams.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
