Job summary

T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Lead Consultant. You will handle incidents from users and HR Key Users, support monthly payroll runs, and advise on payroll regulations for the German market.

The role covers customizing payroll, wage types, and HR forms, plus technical support for posting results and communicating with authorities. Experience with SAP HCM, SAPSCRIPT, and SAP Notes is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience in payroll in SAP HCM with implementations under German law and German regulations.
• Deep knowledge for payroll related Schemes and Rules in SAP HCM.
• Experience in facilitating monthly payroll runs.
• Experience with integrating payroll specific interfaces e.g. car management, travel expenses, regulatory authorities.
• Ideally experience working in an ITIL oriented operation environment.
• Basic knowledge for PA and OM.

Job Overview: Payroll Expert in SAP HCM. Focused on handling and solving incidents from users and from HR Key Users especially supporting HR Key Users in preparation for and in conducting the monthly payroll runs. Furthermore consulting for new requirements around payroll and payroll regulations and implementing these requirements in SAP HCM.
