Job summary

T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Time Management Expert to manage time management configurations, rules, and payroll integrations.

You will handle incidents from HR users, customize schemes, and implement time model changes across regions under German regulations. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in SAP HCM time management, knowledge of working time models, and experience with ABAP or SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience in time management in SAP HCM with implementations under German law and German regulations.
• Deep knowledge of Schemes and Rules in SAP HCM.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM time management entities like working time models, work schedules, PTMW, time sheet.
• ITIL oriented operation environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents from users and HR Key Users; provide analysis and consulting.
• Customize and edit SAP HCM configurations; create new schemes and rules.
• Enhance infotypes and modify customization tables.
• Develop working time models and adjust transfers in schemas and rules.
• Create and adjust work schedules; manage transfers in schemes and rules.
• Manage presence, absence, quotas, and related rules; integrate with payroll.
• Configure PTMW and time sheet; analyze, consult and implement changes.
• Integrate time management with payroll; verify premium logic and wage types.
