Responsibilities

• Handle techno-commercial sales of construction materials (cement, steel, RMC, tiles, AAC blocks, aggregates, waterproofing, etc.)
• Manage project-based sales from enquiry to execution and closure
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects
• Prepare technical submittals, BOQs, costing, pricing & commercial proposals
• Support tendering, negotiations, and order finalization
• Ensure timely execution, delivery coordination, and billing follow-ups
• Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams
• Develop new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

• We are looking for an experienced Techno-Commercial Manager with strong exposure to construction material sales, technical coordination, and project execution.
• The candidate will manage key accounts, support project tenders, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure successful execution of construction material supply projects across Bangalore and Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle techno-commercial sales of construction materials (cement, steel, RMC, tiles, AAC blocks, aggregates, waterproofing, etc.)
• Manage project-based sales from enquiry to execution and closure
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects
