Qualifications

• 5+ years in techno-commercial (building material project sales and project execution).
• Experience in construction material sales and tender support.
• Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Handle techno-commercial sales of construction materials (cement, steel, RMC, tiles, AAC blocks, aggregates, waterproofing, etc.).
• Manage project-based sales from enquiry to execution and closure.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects.
• Prepare technical submittals, BOQs, costing, pricing & commercial proposals.
• Support tendering, negotiations, and order finalization.
• Ensure timely execution, delivery coordination, and billing follow-ups.
• Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
