Job summary

Glan Management Consultancy in Chennai is seeking a Techno-Commercial Sales Executive/Manager to drive ALC Wall Panel sales across South India, including Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. You will lead technical sales, coordinate projects, and manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to delivery.

The candidate should have 5+ years in techno-commercial sales in building materials, strong client networks in South India, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of techno-commercial sales experience in ALC Wall Panels or similar building materials.
• Strong client network in South India (Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore).
• Solid knowledge of construction practices, sales cycle, and product specs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities
