Job summary

Sidvinoutotec Bengaluru seeks a skilled technical documentation professional to create comprehensive equipment manuals and supporting documentation. You will coordinate supplier content, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage translations and illustrations to deliver both print and digital manuals.

Responsibilities include collecting technical data, performing quality checks, and contributing to risk analyses and terminology management to maintain high documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Create documentation packages for equipment.
• Knowledge of spare parts catalogues.
• Illustration creations.
• Collect and document technical, installation, operation, maintenance and safety issues in instruction manuals.
• Ensure documentation complies with Machinery Directive or project regulations.
• Coordinate and collect documentation from suppliers and equipment packages.
• Quality control of supplier material to meet regulations.
• Coordinate translations.
• Provide support for all stakeholders in projects concerning contents and creation of technical documentation.
• Share expertise in projects relating to contents and creation of technical documentation.
• Participate in risk analysis of equipment and integration of residual risks into manuals.
• Participate in terminology management.
• Produce deliverables (paper prints, online and offline publishing) with our partners.
• Migrate contents from old sources into structured documents such as instruction manuals and service manuals.
