Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Information Developer in a product organization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with MadCap Flare, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, and AI-based documentation tools.
• Familiarity with JIRA and an Agile development environment.
• Ability to learn new products independently with minimal guidance.
• Experience leveraging AI for high-quality documentation and training content creation.
