You will develop API docs, installation guides, and knowledge base content while translating complex concepts into clear content for engineers, product teams, and support staff.

The role involves mentoring junior writers, leading documentation projects, and improving content processes to ensure consistency with company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical writing and documentation.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise content.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, support).
• Familiarity with documentation tooling and standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documents, user guides, manuals, and SOPs.
• Develop API documentation, installation guides, and configuration documents.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise content.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and support teams to gather technical information.
• Prepare release notes, FAQs, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
• Review, edit, and update existing documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure documentation follows company standards and style guides.
• Manage document version control and maintain documentation repositories.
• Create diagrams, flowcharts, screenshots, and visual aids where required.
• Support product launches with comprehensive technical documentation.
• Define documentation strategies and style guidelines.
• Mentor junior technical writers.
• Lead documentation projects across multiple products.
• Improve documentation processes and content management systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
