Job summary

MSX International is seeking a trainer for on-site delivery and training at automotive dealerships. The role focuses on boosting dealer performance through repair optimization, process reviews, and consumer engagement strategies.

You will lead skill assessments, deliver targeted training, and coordinate with the Agency Project Manager Lead. A background in automotive training with strong English/Hindi communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Automotive exposure is mandatory in the role.
• Min diploma/engineering in Mech/Ele/Auto is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in auto/dealership training, age under 35.
• Mechatronics certification is a plus.
• Hands-on technical/repair skills as per job role.
• Ability to conduct training independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and regional language.
• Adherence to SOPs with strong interpersonal and task management skills.

Qualifications

• Automotive exposure is mandatory
• Manpower Retention, Attrition evaluation, other key actions related to skill enhancement (skill contests etc.)
• Educational Qualification - Min Diploma/Engineering Degree (Mech/Ele/Auto)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the same field (age<35y ears)
• Previously held role as Trainer/Retainer in Auto dealership; Mechatronic s certification added advantage.
• Good hands-on & Technical/repair skills as per job role defined.
• Ability to conduct Training & its related tasks independently.
• Reporting to the Agency Project Manager Lead & HO SPOC
• Skills: Should possess excellent verbal & written communication, Advanced MS Office application skills
• Should have Interpersonal & Task Management skills along with clear understanding of adherence to Business SOPs, Knowledge of F1/CS studies etc.
• Language ability - excellent understanding of English, Hindi & Regional (read/write &
• speak)

Additional Information

This is a 6-month contractual position. Depending on your performance, it may be extended or converted into a permanent role.
