Job summary

MSX International is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to design and deliver technical training for client teams and channel partners in the automotive sector. You will conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises while maintaining thorough records and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires 4+ years in the automobile industry with OEM or service centre exposure, diagnostic expertise, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent in related automotive field.
• Experience in delivering automotive technical training and workshops.
• Hands-on capability with vehicle parts removal and re-fitment.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools and documentation practices.
• 4+ years’ experience in the automobile industry, with OEM/service centre exposure.
• EV exposure is mandatory and certification in instruction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training programs and curricula for Client and Channel partners teams.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and practical demonstrations.
• Lead hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises for candidates.
• Oversee assessment and evaluation of learning outcomes and training effectiveness.

• Responsible for delivering technical training to Client team & Channel partners teams/, ensuring thorough understanding and mastery of product knowledge.
• Accountable for conducting engaging and informative practical sessions for candidates, fostering hands‑on learning experiences.
• Own the implementation of the ADDIE process of training, from analysis to evaluation, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Drive the maintenance of comprehensive training records, tracking progress and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to continuously improve learning outcomes.
