Job summary

MSX International is seeking a trainer for field-based, on-site delivery and training. The role focuses on automotive skills development, repair processes, and dealership performance initiatives in a 6-month contract.

The position requires substantial hands-on technical ability and strong communication to work with dealerships and internal teams. Training delivery, reporting to the project lead, and adherence to SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• Automotive exposure is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the same field (age < 35 years).
• Educational Qualification - Min Diploma/Engineering Degree (Mech/Ele/Auto).
• Previously held role as Trainer/Retainer in Auto dealership; Mechatronics certification added advantage.
• Good hands-on & Technical/repair skills as per job role defined.
• Ability to conduct Training & its related tasks independently.
• Reporting to the Agency Project Manager Lead & HO SPOC.
• Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication; Advanced MS Office.
• Interpersonal & Task Management with knowledge of SOPs; F1/CS studies knowledge.
• Language ability - English, Hindi & Regional languages.

Responsibilities

• GLMS participation at dealership; online certifications as applicable.
• Skill Matrix Assessment & Training need identification.

Additional Information

This is a 6-month contractual position. Depending on your performance, it may be extended or converted into a permanent role.
