Job summary

MSX International is seeking an experienced automotive trainer for on-site delivery and training across dealerships in Mumbai. The role focuses on skill development, process improvement, and manpower planning to enhance dealership performance.

The candidate should have 5+ years in auto retail, with hands-on repair skills and strong communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages. This is a 6-month contractual position with potential extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• Automotive exposure is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the same field.
• Age < 35 years.
• Previously held role as Trainer/Retainer in Auto dealership; Mechatronics certification added advantage.
• Good hands-on & technical/repair skills as per job role defined.
• Ability to conduct training & its related tasks independently.
• Reporting to the Agency Project Manager Lead & HO SPOCs.
• Language ability - excellent understanding of English, Hindi & regional (read/write & speak).
