Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Training Specialist in Maharashtra to design and deliver technical training for client teams and channel partners. You will own the ADDIE process from analysis to evaluation and maintain training records for continuous improvement.

You will lead hands-on sessions, develop content, and collaborate with stakeholders while ensuring compliance and safety in all training activities. A strong automotive background is required.

Job Description

• Responsible for delivering technical training to Client team & Channel partners teams/, ensuring thorough understanding and mastery of product knowledge.
• Accountable for conducting engaging and informative practical sessions for candidates, fostering hands-on learning experiences.
• Own the implementation of the ADDIE process of training, from analysis to evaluation, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Drive the maintenance of comprehensive training records, tracking progress and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to continuously improve learning outcomes.

• Certification in instruction 4+ years' Experience in the Automobile Industry, Specific service training experience in OEM & or Automobile Service Centre experience as Diagnostic Expert Electric Vehicle exposure is mandatory
