Job summary

MSX International is seeking a trainer/retainer for a 6-month contractual role in India, requiring automotive exposure and strong hands-on repair skills. The candidate must train independently and report to the Agency Project Manager Lead and HO SPOC.

The role centers on delivering on-site training, reviewing dealership processes, and implementing repair procedures, with active participation in regional gap-analysis meetings and skill development activities, across English, Hindi and regional

Qualifications

• Automotive exposure is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the same field.
• Diploma or Engineering degree in Mech/Ele/Auto.
• Good hands-on & technical/repair skills as per job role defined.
• Ability to conduct Training & its related tasks independently.
• Excellent verbal & written communication in English, Hindi & regional language.

Responsibilities

• On-site delivery and training for Technical staff, Final Inspectors, New Dealers.
• Process Review & Action planning with dealership.
• Repair Process Implementation.
• Regional Meetings for gap areas & action planning.
• Manpower retention and attrition evaluation; other skill-enhancement actions.

• On-site delivery and training: Technical, Final Inspectors, New Dealers

Qualifications

• Automotive exposure is mandatory
• Educational Qualification - Min Diploma/Engineering Degree (Mech/Ele/Auto)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the same field (age<35y ears)
• Previously held role as Trainer/Retainer in Auto dealership; Mechatronic s certification added advantage.
• Good hands-on & Technical/repair skills as per job role defined.
• Ability to conduct Training & its related tasks independently.
• Reporting to the Agency Project Manager Lead & HO SPOC
• Skills: Should possess excellent verbal & written communication, Advanced MS Office application skills
• Should have Interpersonal & Task Management skills along with clear understanding of adherence to Business SOPs, Knowledge of F1/CS studies etc.
• Language ability - excellent understanding of English, Hindi & Regional (read/write &
• speak)
• This is a 6-month contractual position. Depending on your performance, it may be extended or converted into a permanent role.
