Job summary

MSX International in India seeks an experienced trainer for automotive dealership staff. The role involves on-site training of technical staff, final inspectors and new dealers, plus hands-on process implementation and manpower tracking at the dealership level.

You will perform skill assessments, identify training needs, coordinate regional meetings and assist in recruitment assessment. Contract is 6 months with potential extension or conversion.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automotive.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automotive training.
• Experience as Trainer/Retainer in Auto dealership preferred.
• Excellent English, Hindi and regional language skills.
• MS Office proficiency and strong interpersonal abilities.

• Automotive exposure is mandatory
• Manpower Retention, Attrition evaluation, other key actions related to skill enhancement (skill contests etc.)
• Educational Qualification - Min Diploma/Engineering Degree (Mech/Ele/Auto)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the same field (age
• Previously held role as Trainer/Retainer in Auto dealership; Mechatronic s certification added advantage.
• Good hands-on & Technical/repair skills as per job role defined.
• Ability to conduct Training & its related tasks independently.
• Reporting to the Agency Project Manager Lead & HO SPOC
• Skills: Should possess excellent verbal & written communication, Advanced MS Office application skills
• Should have Interpersonal & Task Management skills along with clear understanding of adherence to Business SOPs, Knowledge of F1/CS studies etc.
• Language ability - excellent understanding of English, Hindi & Regional (read/write &
• speak)
• This is a 6-month contractual position. Depending on your performance, it may be extended or converted into a permanent role.
