Job summary

Cloudxtreme invites applications for a L2 Technical Support role based in Hyderabad. The candidate should have 3 to 7 years of experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and mastery of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with video conferencing, Windows and MAC operating systems, networking, and device hardware is essential, and familiarity with telephony equipment is a plus. Preferred: ITIL Certification and Microsoft MCITP Certification.
