Job summary

Cloudxtreme in India seeks an L2 Technical Support engineer to provide advanced troubleshooting and user support from Hyderabad or Bengaluru. The candidate should have 3–7 years of hands-on IT experience with strong knowledge of video conferencing, AD, and M365 tools.

You will diagnose issues, coordinate with IT teams, and ensure uptime for enterprise users while following ITIL practices. The role may involve IT infrastructure coordination and on-site support.

Qualifications

• B.Tech, BE or engineering graduates required.
• Technical troubleshooting and strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Lync, Windows and Mac OS, mobile device hardware/software, networking, video conferencing, audio/video, telephony equipment, and Active Directory administration will be an advantage.
