Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking an Audio Video Specialist with L2 technical support experience for a client-facing role based in Hyderabad or Bangalore. The position involves on-site visits, handling in-person and virtual meetings, and hands-on use of platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, as well as AV equipment such as projectors and video conferencing systems.

The role requires 3-4 years of relevant experience, flexible shift timings, and the ability to work from the office with rotational night

Qualifications

• Combination of Audio Video Specialist & L2 Technical Support with Executive Presence.
• 3-4 years of experience in AV or related field.
• Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore; WFO with rotational night shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site client visits and both in-person and virtual connects (Zoom, Teams, Cisco video conferencing).
• Hands-on handling of AV equipment, screens, and projectors.
• Maintain excellent communication and professional client interaction.

Flexibility for the prep work over the weekend for the coming week visit- Adhoc if required.
Supporting On-site client visits, handling both In-person and virtual connects ( Hands on Platforms- like Zoom, Teams, Microsoft AV Equipments, Cisco Video conferencing, screens & Projectors etc)
Excellent Communication is mandate as this is a Client Facing role. ( Pls share the Rating on Communication )
Experience-3-4 years.
Location- Hyderabad (2 ) and Bangalore ( 2 )
Shift Timings :- Flexible
Mode of work- WFO.
Shift Timings: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Should be willing to work rotational night shifts, as needed.)
