International BPO Exp. will be a added advantage!
Good communication Skill Mandatory
Shift: 24x7 Shift (Home drop within the marked boundary, otherwise point drop)
5days work/2 days roational off
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Relevant experience in a Technical Voice Process.
International technical support experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good analytical and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer and technical knowledge with good keyboard typing proficiency.
Customer-service-oriented attitude with strong soft skills.
