Role & responsibilities

• On-Site Support: Visit schools/colleges when there are urgent issues like software not working, data sync problems, or system going live.
• System Setup Check: Check if the clients computer systems, internet, and servers are compatible with our software and fix any issues.
• Requirement Gathering: Understand client requirements, workflows, and expectations, and communicate them clearly to the internal team.
• Project Handling:

Manage end-to-end implementation of projects, ensure timely delivery, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and track progress.

• Software Setup & Management: Configure our ERP and LMS software as per the school/college requirements.
• Integration Support: Fix issues related to payment gateways, SMS services, biometric systems, etc.
• Issue Handling: Manage and track technical issues using tools like ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) and report major problems to developers.
• User Training: Train school staff and teachers on how to use the software effectively.
• Database Support: Help with basic data handling like running simple SQL queries, data backup, and ensuring data sync.
• Software Updates: Install updates, new features, and security patches on client systems.
• Network Troubleshooting: Fix issues caused by internet, firewall, or network settings affecting software performance.
• Documentation: Create simple guides and help documents for users.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate (Graduate in Computer Science OR Information Technology is preferred)
• Experience: 1 - 4 Yrs.
• Laptop & 2 Wheeler is MUST
