The role demands good communication in English and Hindi (India preferred), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tickets while using MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of web-based applications or ERP systems.
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred in India).
• Problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of MS Office.

• Experience in ERP, EdTech, SaaS, or School ERP preferred.
• Experience in School ERP modules such as Admission, Fee, Examination, Attendance, HRMS, Library, Transport, or Student Management is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support

• Provide support to school staff, teachers, parents, and administrators


• Respond to tickets via phone, email and chat system

2. Trouble shooting & Issue Resolution

• Diagnose and resolve ERP-related technical problems


• Escalate complex issues to development or higher support teams


• Ensure timely resolution of reported bugs or system errors

Required Skills:

Experience
