You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, guide users through solutions, and provide high-quality voice support.

The role offers 5.2 LPA CTC, 5 days a week, rotational shifts, 2-way cab facility, and immediate joining for qualified candidates. Strong English communication and hardware knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in technical support / international voice process / customer support.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, networking, printers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Handle international inbound voice calls from HP products.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, printers, laptops, desktops, and connectivity.
• Provide step-by-step technical assistance and remote troubleshooting.
• Identify root cause and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical team.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions in the support system.
• Adhere to technical support processes, quality standards, and escalation procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Meet SLA, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
