• Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Handle customer issues through remote support tools and online support platforms.
• Perform system diagnostics and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue escalation and resolution.
• Maintain service records, support reports, and technical documentation.
• Ensure prompt and professional customer support to achieve high service standards.
• Support operational requirements and assist in resolving technical issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
• Diploma / B.Tech in EEE, ECE, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Computer Hardware, or related disciplines.
• Basic understanding of electrical and electronics fundamentals.
• Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems.
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, and database queries.
• Familiarity with Linux commands, Docker, scripting, and troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
