Job summary

TELUS Digital in Noida is seeking a customer support specialist to assist customers with internet-related issues and provide world-class service. You will diagnose basic network and modem problems, guide customers through configuration steps, and coordinate on-site technician dispatch when necessary.

Freshers or graduates can apply for voice support roles, with 24/7 environment expectations and sector 135 Noida work location. Cab facilities provided within 35 km.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of internet troubleshooting experience required.
• Ability to multitask in a Windows environment.
• Experience with ISP, Internet & Wi‑Fi related issues and router/modem connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and identify service-related needs.
• Diagnose and resolve basic network and modem functionality issues.
• Guide customers through router/modem configurations to improve service.
• Provide status updates and ensure service is restored, including on-site dispatch when needed.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support when required.

• Diagnoses and resolves basic network and modem functionality issues, including landline troubleshooting.
• Walks customers through common phone hardware and software configurations to maximize service functionality.
• Provides solutions and resolution resources for customer repair problems.
• Interfaces with customers over the phone providing status updates and ensuring service has been restored.
• Schedules a technician dispatch for on-site service calls when necessary.
• Escalates appropriate technical issues to upper-level technical support when needed.
