Job Description / Responsibilities, Goals and Scope

1. Provide technical assistance to employees regarding computer systems, hardware, and software.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks, printers, internet, and internal systems.
3. Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as needed.
4. Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
5. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and ensure data security and backups.
6. Respond to IT support tickets and resolve them in a timely manner.
7. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
8. Assist with IT onboarding for new employees (e.g., laptop setup, email account configuration).
9. Liaise with external vendors and service providers when required.
10. Support system upgrades, patches, and scheduled maintenance.

Required Key Skills / Desired Experience

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree.
• Work Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 Years experience in technical support.
• Prior experience of working in bpo technical support process would be advantageous.
• Notice Period: Candidates who can join immediately or in 10 or 15 days would be considered favorably.
• Communication and Languages: Candidate must have good communication in English.
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office and other modules would be preferred.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
