Job summary

Straightdrivesport in Bengaluru is seeking a customer support technician to handle service requests via phone, WhatsApp and email, and perform basic remote troubleshooting. You will coordinate with software, electronics, mechanics and service teams for issue resolution, create and track service tickets, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi preferred) and proficiency with Excel/Sheets will help you excel in this role and ensure
