Job summary

Digitayal Consultancy is seeking a technically strong Technical Support Engineer to join the night-shift team for US clients, with Ahmedabad-based candidates preferred and remote collaboration; night shifts are required with some onsite visits.

You will troubleshoot software, networking, and device issues, conduct remote onboarding, and maintain documentation, while coordinating with QA, Product and Engineering to resolve problems.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Technical Support or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Electronics or related field.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Android environments.
• Good understanding of networking, remote troubleshooting, and software support workflows.

• Monitor system and application performance to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Conduct remote onboarding and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles.
• Collaborate with QA, Product, and Engineering teams for issue escalation and resolution.
• Perform log analysis, debugging, and structured fault diagnosis for reported issues.

Requirements
