Job summary

Kunvarji Group in Ahmedabad seeks an IT Support Engineer/Executive to keep trading systems up and running, from application support to infrastructure tasks. You will support platforms Money Maker (Saral), Greek and XTS and coordinate with multiple teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT/trading application support, know Windows 10/11, Active Directory and basic networking, and possess strong communication to assist internal and external customers. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT/trading application support.
• Knowledge of Windows OS 10/11, Active Directory (user creation & domain join), and basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
• Skilled in troubleshooting trading software and supporting internal & external customers.
• Strong communication skills & a proactive, self-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support trading platforms — Money Maker (Saral), Greek, XTS (BOD/EOD).
• Troubleshoot and resolve trading application issues.
• Coordinate with multiple teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle exchange connectivity, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
• Support IT infrastructure — hardware, network, and help desk support.
• Maintain tickets, SLAs, and reports for timely issue resolution.
• Handle asset management and provide monthly reports.
