Job summary

Finecons Private Limited is seeking an IT support specialist to assist customers with hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals. You will troubleshoot using antivirus tools, backups, Windows OS, and Outlook configurations.

Onsite visits will be performed for complex problems requiring hands-on hardware installation, repair, and maintenance. You will escalate critical cases, and document every interaction in the CRM for future reference.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing technical support for hardware and software.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Outlook configurations.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot common desktop issues.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for hardware and software issues related to desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems using various tools such as antivirus software, backup solutions, operating systems (Windows), Outlook configuration settings.
  
• Perform onsite visits for complex technical issues that require hands-on assistance with hardware installation/repair/maintenance of desktops/laptops/printers.
  
• Collaborate with team members to escalate critical cases to senior engineers or other departments when necessary.
  
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM system for future reference.

• Office Timings : 9.00AM to 6.00PM
• Saturday and Sunday will be week off.
