Job summary

Noventiq is hiring a Microsoft 365 specialist in India to support Exchange Online, Defender, Intune and Entra ID deployments. The role requires deep security and identity management expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include security reviews, design and implementation of 365 security solutions, and collaboration with security, SOC, and service delivery teams to improve CSAT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Security, Intune, Entra ID) implementation & support.
• Microsoft Certifications such as MS-102, SC-200, MD-102 will be preferred & expected.
• Deep and validated understanding of Microsoft 365 E5.
• Strong understanding of Exchange Online: Mail flow, connectors, transport rules
• Anti-spam, anti-phishing policies; Safe Links, Safe Attachments.

• Adhere to organization processes, policies, and procedures for Service Delivery / Security Operations.
• Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, Defender, Intune, Identity).
• Enhance service levels to build customer trust, improve security posture & achieve high CSAT.

About You:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Security, Intune, Entra ID) implementation & support.
• Microsoft Certifications such as MS-102, SC-200, MD-102 will be preferred & expected.

  • Threat protection (phishing, malware, spoofing)
• Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (Entra ID / Azure AD):
  • Conditional Access
  • MFA
  • Identity Protection (Risk-based policies)
• Hands‑on experience with Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune):
  • Device compliance & configuration policies
  • PowerShell script deployment & troubleshooting
  • Windows Autopilot, Hybrid/Azure AD Join
• Good understanding of Email Authentication & DNS Security:
  • SPF, DKIM, DMARC
• Strong knowledge of Security & Compliance Solutions:
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

What you ll do:

Troubleshootand resolve: Mail flow issues, Security incidents (phishing, malware,spoofing), Intune deployment and compliance issues

• Provide Project plans, SOPs, and RCA reports for issues and incidents.

Workclosely with: Security teams, SOC teams, Service delivery teams.

• Conduct client meetings and technical workshops on M365 security solutions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and consulting teams to design secure architecture.
• Recommend solutions aligned with customer business and security requirements.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, Microsoft support, and internal teams.
• Monitor environment using: Microsoft Defender, Exchange Online logs, Security alerts & incidents.
• Continuous improvement: Security posture, Policy configuration, Compliance alignment.
