Job summary

Noventiq India is seeking an experienced Exchange Server Administrator to join our IT infrastructure team. The role covers on-premises and hybrid Exchange environments, Windows Server management, and directory services.

You will work with Azure AD, Office 365, and Outlook troubleshooting, using PowerShell for automation. A strong focus on security, reliability, and proactive support in a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• Exchange Server administrator with on-premise and hybrid experience.
• Mailbox management and hybrid deployment knowledge.
• Windows Server 2016/2019 administration and patching.
• Active Directory and Azure AD familiarity.
• Office 365 administration and Outlook troubleshooting.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Administer Exchange servers and mailbox management.
• Support on-premise and hybrid Exchange deployments.
• Manage Windows Server installs and updates.

About You

• Good knowledge of Exchange 2016/2019.


• Basic Experience in Exchange On-Premise and Hybrid


• Understanding of Windows 2016/2019


• Understanding of Active Directory.


• Understanding of Azure AD

• Outlook Configuration and troubleshooting.

What You ‘ll Do

• Active Directory Server Administration. Exchange server Administration, Mailbox management, Expert Desktop support.


• Administration and support of Exchange mainly on-Premise servers and messaging system online services (hybrid mode).


• Windows Server Install and support.


• Exchange journaling and Database issues.


• Scripting and development skills using PowerShell.


• OS Patching, Deploy Security Update.


• Azure AD Connect and Check account synchronization issues.


• Troubleshooting inbound and outbound queues, mail routing issues, mail delivery latency issues, SMTP mail flow debugging, analysis of NDR.


• Office 365 Administration. Managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange server Office 365


• Ediscovery, Content Search, litigation hold.
