Job summary

Noventiq India, Ltd. is seeking a seasoned IT professional with at least five years’ hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft infrastructure, Modern Workplace, cloud migration, security, and disaster recovery solutions.

The role covers assessment, solution design, implementation, migration, testing, documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-deployment support for enterprise customers and government entities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years hands-on IT experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage migrations for large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft Modern Workplace and cloud migration.
• Deploy and administer Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint.
• Implement security and compliance with Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, Defender.
• Plan complex migrations (AD, Exchange) and disaster recovery.
• Maintain on-premise infrastructure and virtualization platforms.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional with atleast five years of hands-on experience designing and deliveringenterprise-grade Microsoft infrastructure, Modern Workplace, cloud migration,security, and disaster recovery solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for thecomplete project lifecycle, including assessment, solution design,implementation, migration, testing, documentation, knowledge transfer, andpost-deployment support. Experience working with enterprise customers,financial institutions, and government entities is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess,design, and implement Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions based on Microsoft365 E5 and Office 365 services.
• Deployand administer Microsoft 365 workloads, including Exchange Online, MicrosoftTeams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Intune, and Windows endpointmanagement.
• ImplementMicrosoft 365 E5 security and compliance capabilities, including:
  • Microsoft Entra ID, multifactorauthentication, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and PrivilegedIdentity Management.
  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Office 365,Identity, and Cloud Apps.
  • Microsoft Purview Information Protection,Data Loss Prevention, retention, eDiscovery, Insider Risk Management, andcompliance policies.
• Design,deploy, and maintain Microsoft on-premises infrastructure, including ActiveDirectory Domain Services, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File Services, WindowsServer, and Exchange Server.
• SupportWindows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and newer releases.
• Administerenterprise virtualization platforms, including Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware.
• Planand execute complex migrations, including:
  • Exchange Server to Exchange Online.
  • Active Directory and file-server migrations.
  • Physical-to-virtual and virtual-to-virtualmigrations.
• Implementand manage Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM, endpoint deployment, patchmanagement, application distribution, and compliance policies.
• Designdisaster recovery and business continuity solutions based on defined RPO andRTO requirements.
• Implementand manage enterprise backup, replication, recovery, and archiving solutionsusing Veeam and related technologies.( Optional)
• Troubleshootcomplex infrastructure, identity, messaging, security, backup, andcloud-related issues.

Required Certifications

• Candidatesmay have possess a strong combination of the following certifications or theircurrent Microsoft equivalents:
• RelevantMicrosoft 365 certifications covering tenant administration, identity, endpointmanagement, messaging, security, or compliance, such as:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: AdministratorExpert.
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and AccessAdministrator Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Information SecurityAdministrator Associate.
  • Previously earned Messaging AdministratorAssociate or Security Administrator Associate certification.

Experience Requirements

• Minimumof five years of hands-on IT experience as a Project Engineer, SystemsEngineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Customer Support Engineer.
• Demonstratedexperience delivering enterprise infrastructure, Microsoft 365, security, cloudmigration, and disaster recovery projects.
• Provenexperience managing migrations for enterprise customers, financialinstitutions, and government entities.
• Strongknowledge of Microsoft hybrid infrastructure, identity, messaging,virtualization, backup, and security technologies.
• Abilityto independently manage technical projects from assessment and design throughimplementation and handover.
• Strongtroubleshooting, documentation, customer communication, andstakeholder-management skills.
• Willingnessto provide implementation and escalation support outside normal working hourswhen required by project or migration activities.
