Job summary

Noventiq India in Mumbai seeks an experienced Microsoft EMS specialist to implement and deploy Enterprise Mobility and Security solutions for clients. You will design, build, test, and deploy cloud-based security on Microsoft platforms, coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet requirements and drive CSAT.

The role offers flexible work arrangements, access to certification programs, and ongoing professional development to stay ahead in security and mobility technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on Microsoft EMS implementation and deployment.
• Microsoft certifications MS-100, MS-101, MS-500 preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Mobility and Security technologies.
• Experience with Endpoint Management and Azure AD.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to service delivery / project delivery processes and policies.
• Enhance service levels to improve CSAT.
• Transform customer security on Microsoft platforms in the cloud.
• Perform discovery, analysis, design, build, test and deployment of solutions.
• Provide project plans, scope and SOPs; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Lead workshops with clients and other consultants; design and implement solutions.

About You

• Minimum 5+ Years of experience on Microsoft EMS Implementation & Deployment.
• Microsoft Certification on MS – 100, MS – 101, MS – 500 will be preferred & expected.
• Deep and validated understanding of Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security technologies.
• Great understanding across the Microsoft Security solution stack (Active Directory Domain Services, Azure AD Connect, Active Directory Federation Services, Microsoft Identity Manager, Windows Server Operating Systems, Azure security, Office 365 Security, Windows 10 Security)
• Deep knowledge of Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune, Mobile application management, Configuration manager, Hybrid AD Join/Azure AD Join/Windows Autopilot, Conditional access policies, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Mobility & Security Solutions (Office 365 Security, Azure Identity Management, Azure AD Premium features; Privilege identity management, entitlements, access reviews, Azure Information Protection/RMS, Advanced Threat Analytics/Protection, Microsoft Cloud App Security)

What You ll Do

• Adhere to processes, policies and procedures laid down by the organization with respect to Service Delivery / Project Delivery.
• Enhance service levels to build customer trust & satisfaction & attain high level of CSAT.
• Able to transform our customers Security on their Microsoft platforms through designing and implementing Microsoft Security technologies in the cloud.
• Perform discovery, analysis, design, build, test and deployment of solutions.
• Providing Projects plans, Scope and SOPs etc.
• Comfortable meeting with clients and leading workshops.Work with other consultants and sales team members to design and execute the technical implementation of Enterprise Mobility + Security solutions based on client requirements and design specifications.
• Recommend a solution that aligns with the customer’s business needs and requirements (discuss benefits and risks).
• Work together with a project manager to successfully complete a project.
• Provide configuration recommendation and assistance to other solution deployment team members.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support.
