Job summary

Noventiq India in Gurgaon, Haryana, India is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Specialist to implement and support Exchange Online, Defender, Intune, and Entra ID (Azure AD). You will drive security-focused solutions, IAM strategies, and automation using PowerShell within a hybrid work setup.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on experience, relevant Microsoft certifications, and a strong grasp of M365 E5 components. A collaborative team in a fast-growing global IT services company awaits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Microsoft Certifications such as MS-102, SC-200, MD-102 preferred.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 E5.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online (mail flow, connectors, transport rules; anti-spam, anti-phishing; Safe Links/Attachments).
• Expertise in Defender Security Stack (Defender for Office 365; threat protection).
• Experience in Identity & Access Management (Entra ID / Azure AD) with Conditional Access, MFA, risk-based policies.
• Hands-on with Endpoint Management (Intune): device compliance, PowerShell deployments, Windows Autopilot, Hybrid/Azure AD Join.
• Knowledge of Email Authentication & DNS Security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Security & Compliance Solutions (DLP, retention policies).
• Scripting for automation and troubleshooting in PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, Defender, Intune, Identity).
• Adhere to service delivery processes and security operation standards.
• Design and implement Microsoft 365 security solutions aligned to best practices.
• Perform Discovery, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and deployment of solutions.
• Collaborate with Security, SOC, and Service delivery teams on projects and incidents.
• Prepare project plans, SOPs, and RCA reports for issues.

About You

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Security, Intune, Entra ID) implementation & support.


• Microsoft Certifications such as MS-102, SC-200, MD-102 will be preferred & expected.

What You’ll Do

• Adhere to organization processes, policies, and procedures for Service Delivery / Security Operations.


• Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, Defender, Intune, Identity).


• Enhance service levels to build customer trust, improve security posture & achieve high CSAT.


• Perform Exchange Online and M365 Security Reviews.


• Design and implement Microsoft 365 security solutions aligned to best practices.


• Perform Discovery, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and deployment of solutions.


• Troubleshoot and resolve: Mail flow issues, Security incidents (phishing, malware, spoofing), Intune deployment and compliance issues


• Provide Project plans, SOPs, and RCA reports for issues and incidents.


• Work closely with: Security teams, SOC teams, Service delivery teams.


• Conduct client meetings and technical workshops on M365 security solutions.


• Collaborate with pre-sales and consulting teams to design secure architecture.


• Recommend solutions aligned with customer business and security requirements.


• Act as a technical liaison between customers, Microsoft support, and internal teams.


• Monitor environment using: Microsoft Defender, Exchange Online logs, Security alerts & incidents.


• Continuous improvement: Security posture, Policy configuration, Compliance alignment.
