Job summary

Noventiq India is hiring for a Microsoft Security & Compliance role based in Noida. You will provide second-line support for Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Purview, and Entra ID, while maintaining ITIL processes and SLAs.

Suitable candidates will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, DLP policies, information protection, and zero-trust concepts. The position offers opportunities for growth and certifications within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Security and Compliance technologies.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive and Intune.
• Experience in Purview compliance solutions including DLP, Information Protection, Sensitivity Labels and Data Lifecycle Management.
• Experience with Conditional Access policies, identity governance, MFA, and Zero Trust in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support and administration for Microsoft Security and Compliance technologies including Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office365, Purview, DLP, Information Protection, Sensitivity Labels, and Entra ID.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve security incidents and policy-related issues escalated from L1 teams within SLAs.
• Monitor and improve security posture using Microsoft Secure Score and Compliance Score initiatives.
• Follow ITIL-based processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Security Event Management with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and knowledgebase to support CSI.
• Collaborate with L1, L3 and customer teams to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service commitments.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and stakeholder management with regular ticket progress updates.

• CollaboratewithL1,L3,andcustomerteamstoensuretimelyresolutionofissuesand adherence to service commitments.
• Demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills while providing regular updates on ticket progress and resolutions.
