Job summary

Noventiq India is seeking an Azure Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support day-to-day Azure operations such as VMs, storage, VNets, and networking. You will build IaC with Terraform, ARM templates, and/or Bicep, assist migrations, and collaborate with L3 teams to ensure performance and security.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure infrastructure operations and administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Azure infrastructure operations including VMs, storage accounts, VNets, NSGs, load balancers, and related services.
• Troubleshoot Azure infrastructure, networking, connectivity, and service issues.
• Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform, ARM, and/or Bicep.
• Support Azure migration activities, including assessment, planning, execution, and post-migration support.
• Assist with PaaS assessments and identify suitable Azure services based on application requirements.
• Monitor Azure resources for performance, availability, and capacity.
• Follow security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery best practices.
• Collaborate with L3 and application teams for complex issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.

About You

• 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure infrastructure operations and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS services including VMs, Storage Accounts, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, and related services.
• Strong knowledge of Azure networking, including subnets, routing, VPN, NSGs, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, and/or Bicep for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Exposure to Azure migration, PaaS assessment, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Good troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work effectively with L3 engineers, application teams, and other stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
