Job summary

Noventiq India is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to deliver L2 support for Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Copilot from Noida, India. You will handle provisioning, licensing, and access management while troubleshooting email, calendars and collaboration features.

The role involves troubleshooting Azure AD, Intune, and Power Platform basics, with a focus on security, mail flow, and user onboarding.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID) and Copilot.
• Experience provisioning/deprovisioning, password resets, and account administration.
• Experience in managing licensing, subscriptions, and license compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Copilot.
• Troubleshoot email, calendar, mailbox, and Outlook client issues.
• Support Teams meetings, chats, channels, calling, and collaboration features.
• Troubleshoot OneDrive synchronization, sharing, and file recovery issues.
• Troubleshoot Azure AD including user accounts, groups, MFA, and access management.
• Perform Discovery, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and deployment of solutions.
• Handle incidents related to mail flow, security (phishing, malware, spoofing), and Intune compliance.
• Provide support for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office apps.
• Assist users with Copilot onboarding, access, and functionality issues.
• Support Power Platform services including basic Power Apps and Power Automate troubleshooting.
• Monitor service health, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Handle service requests within SLAs and ITIL processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Coordinate with Microsoft support and L3 teams for complex resolutions.

About You

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Copilot).
• Experience in managing SharePoint Online sites, permissions, document libraries, and access-related issues, perform user provisioning, deprovisioning, password resets, and account administration.
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 licensing, subscription assignments, and license compliance.

• Provide L2 support for Outlook, Exchange Online (Mail), Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Copilot .
• Troubleshoot and resolve email, calendar, mailbox, and Outlook client issues
• Support Microsoft Teams meetings, chat, channels, calling, and collaboration features.
• Troubleshoot OneDrive synchronization, sharing, storage, and file recovery issues.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including user accounts, groups, MFA, and access management.
• Perform Discovery, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and deployment of solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve: Mail flow issues, Security incidents (phishing, malware, spoofing), Intune deployment and compliance issues.
• Provide support for Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
• Assist users with Microsoft Copilot onboarding, access, and functionality issues.
• Support Power Platform services including basic troubleshooting of Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Monitor service health, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Handle service requests and incidents within agreed SLAs and ITIL processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Coordinate with Microsoft support and L3 teams for complex issue resolution.
