Job summary

Growth For Impact in Goa is seeking a sales engineer to understand customers' energy needs and propose solar solutions that are technically sound and valuable. You will visit project sites across Goa and present proposals clearly to help clients understand the suggested system.

You will collaborate with design, operations and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly, while staying updated on new solar technologies to keep offerings competitive and relevant for customers.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical sales; solar industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Proven sales ability and a passion for renewable energy.
• Willing to travel independently for site visits and client meetings.
