Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering
1–4 years of experience in technical sales; solar industry experience is a plus
Freshers with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
Proven sales ability and a passion for renewable energy
Willing to travel independently for site visits and client meetings

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer-Focused Solutions
Work closely with customers to understand their energy needs and suggest solar solutions that are both technically sound and valuable for them.

2. Site Visits & Presentations
Visit project sites across Goa and give clear, easy-to-follow presentations to help customers understand the proposed solution. Answer their questions confidently and build strong relationships.

3. Solar System Knowledge
Use your understanding of solar PV systems to design efficient and reliable setups. Stay updated with new technologies and trends to keep our solutions modern and competitive.

4. Team Support & Coordination
Work with internal teams like design, operations, and installation to make sure projects run smoothly. Be available to offer technical help throughout the process and ensure a great customer experience.
