Job summary

SUN360 in Goa is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to lead customer engagements by combining technical expertise with a solution-driven mindset for solar energy systems.

You will visit project sites across Goa, present clear proposals, design efficient PV setups, and coordinate with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery and a great customer experience.

The role requires 1–3 years in technical sales, a degree in engineering, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical sales; solar industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills; ability to simplify technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand energy needs and propose solar solutions.
• Visit project sites across Goa and present clear solar system proposals.
• Design efficient solar PV setups and stay updated with new technologies.
• Coordinate with design, operations and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery.

JOB OVERVIEW
As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you’ll lead the way in customer engagement—combining your technical expertise with a solution-oriented mindset to deliver tailored solar energy systems.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer-Focused Solutions : Work closely with customers to understand their energy needs and suggest solar solutions that are both technically sound and valuable for them.
• Site Visits & Presentations : Visit project sites across Goa and give clear, easy-to-follow presentations to help customers understand the proposed solution. Answer their questions confidently and build strong relationships.
• Solar System Knowledge : Use your understanding of solar PV systems to design efficient and reliable setups. Stay updated with new technologies and trends to keep our solutions modern and competitive.
• Team Support & Coordination : Work with internal teams like design, operations, and installation to make sure projects run smoothly. Be available to offer technical help throughout the process and ensure a great customer experience

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical sales; solar industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Proven sales ability and a passion for renewable energy
• Willing to travel independently for site visits and client meetings.
